Welcome aboard!  I came over from the Nikon world.  I was a Nikon(er) for the longest time, but Fuji won me over.  I find the noise at higher ISO's much less objectionable than those of Nikon -- and I tried cleaning the Nikon NEF files up in Capture NX2, and other apps.  Just not to my liking.  I do miss the lightning fast auto-focus though, but I can live without that.

Anyway, welcome to our little world.

Depends on the features you're looking for. I'm not familiar with any of those flashes or what they offer. I use the Yongnuo YN-560 IV with the X-Pro2 and they're great. All manual, simple.
